This project was a wonderful challenge and took tremendous vision to see past all of the structural limitations. The property is located just blocks from Arizona State University, and several large corporate offices. We created very modern spaces with luxurious finishes, mixed with a subtle industrial aesthetic that was inherent to the buildings. It was such a successful project, drawing both young professionals and students alike.
