Jefferson on Legacy was the second property by JPI in the Arizona market.  Located in North Scottsdale, Arizona; Jefferson on Legacy is a property that draws upon young professionals, empty-nesters, and seasonal residents.  With high-end amenities such as a theater that doubles as a golf simulator; this property definitely targets a higher-end resident.   

 

Our client asked that this property look as different from its sister property next door as it possibly could.  This led us to sharply contrast the Arts and Crafts style next door with a more modern, minimal aesthetic.  It was such a successful project, the client sold it four years earlier than intended.
